Do you ship orders internationally? At this stage we only ship orders Australia-wide, but don't fret - we're hoping to ship to other places around the world soon!

How much does standard shipping cost? For orders under $30.00 AUD, standard shipping costs $10 AUD. You can score yourself free shipping for any orders worth $30.00 AUD or over! 

I've placed my order, how long do I have to wait until I receive it? Our warehouse team works hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Once it has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 2-5 business days for our standard shipping. 



Are the Celebrate Health products being discontinued?
Unfortunately, due to the deletion of their range out of a major retailer, Celebrate Health have had to discontinue some of their range, including their soups, vegan gravy and vegan stock. We are continuing to sell some of the Celebrate Health recipe bases and condiments for now on Auspantry, but unfortunately the remainder of the range has been discontinued altogether. If you are disappointed about this, please get in touch directly with Celebrate Health through their website

Are the Celebrate Health products gluten-free?
The Celebrate Health range is always gluten free so you can trust it's a healthy convenient option to suit your lifestyle and diet requirements. 

Do the Celebrate Health products contain any sugar? The entire Celebrate Health product range is always developed without adding any sugar as an ingredient.

Are the Celebrate Health products organic? The products that are certified organic include the Cauliflower, Coconut & Turmeric Soup; the Chicken, Chia & Sweetcorn Soup; the Pumpkin & Sweet Potato Soup and the Chicken Stock. 

Is the Celebrate Health packaging recyclable? Sadly, the pouch packs are not recyclable. This is clearly not ideal or practical and Celebrate Health are searching the globe for a solution. The condiments bottles on the other hand can be placed in your recycling bin at home. 

Are the Celebrate products Australian-owned? All of the Celebrate Health products are made in Melbourne, Australia and are proudly Australian-owned. 



Which of the Australian Organic Food Co. products are vegetarian friendly? 
The Mushroom & Thyme Soup, Split Pea, Carrot & Kale Soup, Tomato Napoli with Basil Pasta Sauce, Passata, Pumpkin & Sage Pasta Sauce, Bolognese Pasta Sauce, Potato & Leek Soup, Roast Pumpkin & Sweet Potato Soup, 8 Vegetable Minestrone Soup, Tomato & Basil Soup, all of the Fruit Purees and Raw Ingredients are all vegetarian friendly.  

Which of the Australian Organic Food Co. products are vegan friendly? 
The Split Pea, Carrot & Kale Soup, Tomato Napoli with Basil Pasta Sauce, Passata, Bolognese Pasta Sauce, Chickpea & Vegetable Soup, 8 Vegetable Minestrone Soup, all of the Fruit Purees and Raw Ingredients are all vegan friendly. 

Which of the Australian Organic Food Co. products contain dairy?
The Mushroom & Thyme Soup, Pumpkin & Sage Pasta Sauce, Potato & Leek Soup, Roast Pumpkin & Sweet Potato Soup, Chicken & Vegetable Soup and Tomato & Basil Soup all contain dairy as an ingredient so they are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

If the Australian Organic Food Co Fruit Purees don't contain preservatives, how does the product retain its shelf life?
All of the Fruit Purees contain organic lemon juice as a natural preservative. 

Is the Australian Organic Food Co. packaging recyclable? 
Some components of the packaging are recyclable, and some can be Redcycled. The soup packaging should be put in the waste bin only - but don't worry AOFC are looking for a more sustainable solution! Learn more about the AOFC packaging and their mission here



Are the Passage to India and Passage to Asia products suitable for vegetarians?
We are pleased to confirm that the following Passage Foods sauces are vegetarian-friendly: Korma Curry simmer sauce, Tikka Masala simmer sauce, Butter Chicken simmer sauce, Satay stir-fry sauce, Teriyaki Chicken stir-fry sauce, Korean BBQ stir-fry sauce, Honey Soy & Garlic stir-fry sauce. 

Are the Passage to India and Passage to Asia products suitable for vegans?
We are pleased to confirm that the following Passage Foods sauces are vegan-friendly: Satay stir-fry sauce, Teriyaki Chicken stir-fry sauce, Korean BBQ stir-fry sauce. 

Can I freeze the leftovers of the Passage Foods sauces and use them for another meal? We advise to cook all the sauce with your chosen meat and vegetables and put any leftovers in the fridge or freezer, rather than keeping uncooked portions of the sauce. This is because the sauce is designed to be cooked in its entirety once opened. 

Are the Passage Foods products Australian-owned? All of the Passage Foods Simmer Sauces are made in Melbourne, Australia and are proudly Australian-owned. The Passage to India Veg Curry bowls on the other hand are authentically made in India, and the Passage to Asia Veg Curry bowls are made in Thailand. 

Are the Street Kitchen products gluten-free? 
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the Street Kitchen scratch kits are gluten free and may contain gluten as an allergen.

Where are the Street Kitchen products produced? The Street Kitchen scratch kits are all authentically produced in India.
